Prospective REO vendors:  To be eligible to receive Ascribe REO assignments, please ensure your RES.NET profile is up to date. In addition, please ensure your Keystone system profile is active and updated. Visit https://www.keystonebest.com/mvc/Agent/Create to join the panel or https://www.keystonebest.com/mvc/User/LogIn to log in and update your vendor profile.

Prospective Valuations vendors:  Due to current market conditions, Ascribe is only onboarding new appraisers and valuation agents to its panel in critical footprint areas. We encourage you to complete the Prospective Vendor Form (below). Ascribe will retain completed applications on file for future boarding if there is no immediate need today.

Appraiser:

  • Have an active license in each State included in the desired coverage area.
  • Have an E&O Insurance policy with a minimum of $500,000 aggregate coverage.
  • Have at least three years of full-time field appraisal experience (trainee experience not included)

Real Estate Broker / Agent:

  • Have an active license in each State included in the desired coverage area.
  • Have an E&O Insurance policy with a minimum of $250,000 aggregate coverage.
  • Have at least one year of full-time field experience.
  • Meet state criteria for continuing education to meet specific product requirements.
