David leads compliance for Ascribe, ensuring we provide our clients with the highest quality valuation products and services. Prior to Ascribe Valuations, Mentesana was Chief Appraiser for Lenders Valuation Services. With over 25 years working in the appraisal industry, David has a wide range of experience including leadership roles at MyAMC, LandSafe Appraisal, Bank of America, and ServiceLink Valuation. In the past, he has served as both a licensed real estate appraiser and broker. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Mark Johnson has more than 20 years of executive experience working for various Fortune 500 companies within the mortgage services industry. As President, he provides overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations. Prior to LRES, Mark was Division President of Mr. Cooper, and was previously Division President of Black Knight (formerly Lender Processing Services).
Jill Haro has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage services industry, at Fortune 500 companies. Jill leads compliance, vendor management, marketing and corporate initiatives. Prior to LRES, she was Client Delivery Executive at RealEC; VP of Valuations Operations at Xome; and earlier, VP of Client Services at Lender Processing Services, currently known as ServiceLink.
